  • No Voice Retention: Children’s voice recordings are not stored. Audio is processed securely in real time (with brief, temporary buffering for delivery/safety) and then discarded.
  • No Chat Transcript Retention: We do not store full chat transcripts. Instead, we may keep a Conversation Summary (non-verbatim) to enhance the experience (e.g., remember preferences). Parents can view or delete it anytime at app.vbncity.com.
  • AI Processing Limits: Voice/text inputs may be processed by contracted AI providers only to generate responses and for safety/abuse prevention; they are not used to train publicly available models.

Lumi is designed for children, but parents control the account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental consent. All data is processed securely and moderated to keep interactions age-appropriate.
